Nokia X2 is officialNokia X2 has become official today and from what we see in terms of specifications, it does make a step forward in comparison with its predecessor - the Nokia X. Here's a short overview of the specifications and for your convenience we have made a quick comparison between the Nokia X2 and Nokia X, so you can check out all differences in detail. For starters, the X2 is 21 grams heavier and a bit thicker, but also has a larger IPS ClearBlack display with a 4.3-inch diagonal size. The resolution remains the same, however, at 480 x 800 pixels, which results in a lower pixel density of 217 ppi. In terms of performance, the Nokia X2 sports a better chipset - a Qualcomm Snapdragon 200 SoC, which integrates a dual-core ARM Cortex-A7 CPU clocked at 1.2GHz, an Adreno 302 GPU and 1GB of RAM. Internal memory measures 4GB and can be expanded via a microSD card slot. The battery's capacity has also risen to reach 1800 mAh. On the back of the smartphone is placed a 5MP primary camera with a LED flash and f/2.7 aperture. There is also a VGA front shooter. The Nokia X2 is a dual-SIM device and supports Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0, 2G GSM and 3G WCDMA networks. It is available in six colors: black, white, dark grey, orange, yellow and green. The price off contract is €99.
