Microsoft-Nokia deal to be closed on April 25th; Nokia's handset division to be called Microsoft Mobile OyNokia has announced in an official press release that it expects the deal with Microsoft to be closed on April 25th, later this week. Furthermore, once the deal is closed Nokia's handset division will be renamed to Microsoft Mobile Oy. The latter information leaks out from an official Microsoft letter to Nokia suppliers and other business partners. This means that after two decades on the mobile phone market Nokia will no longer be a brand associated with handsets.Source
