Samsung expands its Tizen ecosystem with the Z4 offering simplified user experienceSamsung Z4 is an entry-level smartphone based on Tizen 3.0. It is suitable for first-time smartphone users. The UI provides quick launch of features such as Quick Talk, Quick Torch, Quick Launch of camera or Quick Switchand with shortcuts as combinations of keys and swiping gestures. The Battery Notifications and Power Planner ensure prolonged battery life. There's a 5MP front-facing camera with an f/2.2 lens and a LED flash along with a 5MP rear shooter with an f/2.2 lens a dual-LED flash. The two are optimized for social media. Samsung Z4 has a 4.5-inch WVGA (480 x 800) display with a 2.5D curved glass, a 2050 mAh battery, and supports 4G LTE Cat. 4 networks, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0, GPS, and GLONASS. It will launch in select countries, starting in India and will be available in black, gold and silver depending on the market. Visitors of the Tizen Developer Conference in San Francisco, California may see it displayed there (May 16-17, 2017).
