Oukitel WP60 Specifications

Oukitel WP60 is adorned with a huge, 7.2-inch IPS display with a 720 x 1560 px resolution. It delivers 500 nits of typical brightness and a 120Hz refresh rate. Corning Gorilla Glass 5 is used for its protection. The device features three rear shooters. The main one employs a 108MP Samsung S5KHM6 sensor with an f/1.89 lens. The second is an 8MP Night Vision camera with autofocus. The third is a 2MP macro lens. The front shooter uses a 32MP GalaxyCore GC32E1 sensor for selfies. A 10000 mAh battery keeps the lights on, supporting 33W fast charging.

A MediaTek Dimensity 7025 (MT6855V) chip ticks under the rugged hood, housing a 2.5GHz octa-core CPU and an IMG BXM-8-256 GPU. There are three LPDDR4X RAM options - 8GB, 12GB, and 16GB. The UFS 2.2 storage is available in 256GB and 512GB flavors. There's also space for a microSD card of up to 2TB for additional storage. The WP60 runs on Android 15 and supports Bluetooth 5.2, NFC, Wi-Fi 5 (802.11ac), Wi-Fi Hotspot, Wi-Fi Direct, and Cast Display. The device is fitted with a 95 dB speaker, a side-mounted fingerprint sensor, and a USB 2.0 Type-C port. Here are the full Oukitel WP60 specifications.

Oukitel WP60 Unboxing

The Oukitel WP60 is placed in the brand's signature box, combining a flame orange strip with the brand name on it and a print of a Kevlar fiber pattern hinting at the resilience of the:

Oukitel WP60 Design, Build, and Controls

Oukitel WP60 channels cyber‑mecha energy through an angular, articulated chassis and exposed mechanical detailing, where layered structures and deliberate seams read like modular armor. Surface treatments and contrast accents transform functional joints into purposeful visual lines that guide the eye toward grip points and ports. The internal geometry and asymmetric chamfers are sculpted to resist torque and fit naturally in the hand, while tactile ridges and recessed controls deliver confident feedback in gloves or wet conditions. The overall voice is engineered, not ornamental - a toollike device whose mechanical language communicates resilience, precision, and a future‑forward, machine‑inspired personality. Oukitel WP60 features an aluminum-titanium alloy chassis combined with a polycarbonate rear shell, crafted with dual-color injection molding. Shock-absorbing TPU covers all edges, the top and bottom frames, and partially the side frames. The combination of materials ensures durability and a comfortable ergonomic grip. The smartphone is IP68 and IP69K-rated and MIL-STD-810H certified. It is dust-tight and waterproof, and can withstand drops from up to 1.5 meters of height, high-pressure water jets, and extreme temperatures from -45°C (-49°F) to 75°C (167°F). Oukitel WP60 is the only smartphone we're aware of with a 7.2-inch display and a 10000 mAh battery. There's no direct competitor to compare it with. Our subjective opinion is that the device looks and feels thin, even though its profile measures 14.9 mm (including the camera bump). The device is 87 mm wide and 184.4 mm tall. This size partially enables one-handed operation. The balanced use of materials enables a manageable weight of 396 grams. The model is available in yellow, black, and silver colors. We are reviewing a yellow unit. The front is graced by a huge and vibrant display with 3mm-thin side bezels. The 5-mm top bezel houses the light and proximity sensors placed on its right half. A thin central line at the top of the bezel is etched to house the receiver. The front-facing camera resides in a punch hole in the top-center of the screen. The bottom bezel is 7 mm thick. On-screen gestures and virtual navigation buttons are available as two types of system navigation. The rear shell sums up all design features that make the WP60 stand out with its own character. The top one-third is occupied by an octagonal camera island that comprises four identical elements. Shaped like octagonal nuts with chamfered edges, they protrude from the surface of the camera island by 3 mm. The top left one houses the main camera. The one to its right is for the Night Vision unit. The bottom left is for the macro lens, and the bottom right "nut" is the home of the LED flash and the two IR lights. There's a black vertical strip running in the middle of the rear shell below the camera island. It houses the Oukitel logo rimmed by two holographic teal lines, hinting at speed. They are mirrored by the black lines along the side frames. There are also several signs such as "GT09 Advanced", and "Waterproof, shockproof" that are eched in black in the otherwise glossy surface of the rear shell. The top frame houses a vent hole. The microphone, USB Type-C port, and the 1217 BOX speaker are positioned on the bottom frame. The speaker delivers 95 dB of loudness and works with an AllWinner AW88394 sound amplifier. On the left, you see the hybrid, dual SIM tray and the customizable button in red. The right frame is where the Power button with an embedded fingerprint sensor is located, along with the Volume Down and Volume Up buttons in the shape of small nuts.

Oukitel WP60 Display

Oukitel WP60 features a 7.2-inch IPS display with an HD+ resolution (720 x 1560 px) and a refresh rate of up to 120 Hz. The official specifications state a typical brightness of 500 cd/m² and a static contrast ratio of 1500:1. We measured a maximum brightness of 624 cd/m² and a static contrast ratio of 1448:1. The temperature of the white point is south of 8000 K. The display settings are quite standard, comprising a brightness level bar, lock screen options, screen timeout, adaptive brightness, dark theme, night light, auto-rotate, and lift-to-wake toggles, display size and text, refresh rate, and screen saver.

The CIE diagram of the WP60 screen demonstrates a non-exact coverage of the sRGB color space. It suggests that the light blue, green, and red tones are duller, while the light green, yellow, and orange tones are punchier. The magenta color region seems to be exact. The display panel has a traditional vertical striped RGB subpixel arrangement.

Oukitel WP60 Software

Oukitel WP60 runs on stock Android 15 with Oukitel's minor touch-ups. The Lock Screen has a standard layout with a wallpaper carousel and a shortcut to the latest news from Google Discover. The Home Screen features the usual docked row of apps, two rows of favorite applications, a Date/Clock widget, a weather widget, and a Google search bar on top with Lens and Voice embedded. The Task Manager contains options to lock/unlock apps from being cleared from the background. The Customization Picker is quite expanded with plenty of desktop settings, widgets, screen transition effects, styles, themes, and wallpapers. The Notifications and Quick Settings are accessed by a single and a double swipe downwards. Desktop shortcuts are supported. The pre-installed applications are quite standard as well. In addition to the usual set you get a Hot Apps folder with pre-installed games, AI Beacon, and TapPic.
The Settings app is monochrome, listing the different menus without any visual dividers for a cleaner and more streamlined look. The only non-typical menu is the Smart Assistant, which comprises gesture control toggles and screenshot settings. There's also a menu dedicated to additional fingerprint functions such as return back, play/pause the music player, return home, open the Task manager, snap a photo/video, or answer a call. All other settings are in their stock Android variant.

Oukitel WP60 Connectivity

The Oukitel WP60 has a water- and dust-proof, hybrid, dual Nano-SIM card tray located on the left frame. It can accommodate either two Nano-SIM cards or a Nano-SIM and a microSD card. The tray can be pulled out by a pick or a similar tool and has a red insulating band. Both SIM cards support the following network bands: 2G GSM (B2, B3, B5, B8), 2.5G CDMA (BC0, BC1, BC10), 3G WCDMA (B1, B2, B4, B5, B6, B8, B19), 4G FDD-LTE (B1, B2, B3, B4, B5, B7, B8, B12, B13, B17, B18, B19, B20, B25, B26, B28AB, B66, B71), 4G TDD-LTE (34, B38, B39, B40, B41), and 5G (n1, n2, n3, n5, n7, n8, n12, n20, n25, n28, n34, n38, n39, n40, n41, n48, n66, n71, n77, n78). The wireless connectivity options of the model include NFC, Bluetooth 5.2, Wi-Fi 5, Wi-Fi Direct, Hotspot, and Cast display support. It also works with all major satellite positioning systems - GPS, GLONASS, Galileo, and Beidou. Our review unit managed to detect an excellent number of satellites with an accuracy of up to 1 meter. A USB Type-C 2.0 port is also on board.

Oukitel WP60 Performance Benchmarks

The Oukitel WP60 runs on the 6nm MediaTek Dimensity 7025 (MT6855V) chipset, essentially a rebranded Dimensity 930 designed to power mainstream 5G smartphones. Built for devices with high-refresh-rate displays and advanced camera systems, this SoC features an octa-core CPU composed of two Cortex-A78 cores clocked at 2.5GHz and six Cortex-A55 cores at 2GHz. Graphics performance is handled by the IMG BXM-8-256 GPU, operating at 950MHz. The chipset is paired with 8GB/12GB/16GB of LPDDR4X RAM and 256GB/512GB of UFS 2.2 storage. We are reviewing the top version with 16GB of RAM and 512GB of built-in storage. Of those 512GB, 493GB are available to the user. They can be expanded via a microSD card with a capacity of up to 2TB. The RAM can be virtually expanded by an additional 32GB, bringing the total to 48 GB.

Oukitel WP60 Battery Life Tests

Oukitel WP60 has a 10000 mAh battery pack, supporting 33W fast charging and reverse 7W wired charging. Below, we publish the results from our in-house battery life tests. The display of every device we test is calibrated to 200 cd/m2. Battery-saving features are switched off where possible.
Charging (2 hours and 33 minutes)
The Oukitel WP60 battery charged from 0% to 100% in 2 hours and 33 minutes with the provided cable and charger. The process develops steadily from the start until the battery regains 70% of its charge. That happens 1 hour and 5 minutes from the start. At that point, the process slows down and even more so after reaching 80% - it takes approximately 45 minutes to go from 80% to 90% and another 30 minutes to complete the process. The voltage during charging records the standard initial peak 3850 mV to 4050 mV during the first 3 minutes. After that, it continues to increase at a slower pace. When the battery reaches 75% of its charge, the voltage plateaus at 4410 mV for 1 hour. After that, it increases to 4450 mV and remains at this level until the end. The battery temperature during charging starts at 28°C and gradually reaches its peak of 46°C after 1 hour. After that, it immediately starts decreasing, dropping to 27°C in the end.
Browsing 60 Hz (26 hours and 59 minutes)
During our intensive browsing test with the screen's refresh rate set at 60Hz, the WP60 battery lasted for 26 hours and 59 minutes. The discharging process is very steady from the start until the battery drops to 5% of its chage. At that point, the process slows down a bit. The battery temperature starts at 25°C, reaches 31°C in 1 hour and 15 minutes, and remains at this level until the end. The 120Hz refresh rate setting acts as an automatic one, during our 120Hz browsing test, the device chose to switch to 60Hz most of the time, hence the results of the 60Hz and the 120Hz browsing tests are very similar.
1080p Video at 60 Hz (30 hours and 34 minutes)
1920x1080, 30 fps, H.264, 20Mbps bitrate
The video playing battery life test uses a 1080p video at 30 fps with a ~20Mbps rate. Our review unit's score is 30 hours and 34 minutes. The discharging process is slow for the first half an hour, then it gains speed and maintains it until the battery drops to 5% and at that point, the process slows down again. The battery temperature starts at 25°C, reaches 31°C in 1 hour and 20 minutes, and remains at this 30-31°C level until the end.
2160p Video at 60 Hz (10 hours and 20 minutes)
3840x2160, 30 fps, H.264, ~55 Mbps bitrate
The 4K video battery life test uses a 2160p video at 30 fps with a ~55 Mbps rate. The Oukitel WP60 battery lasted for 10 hours and 20 minutes. The result and the graph clearly demonstrate that 4K video playing is a heavy load for the device. The discharging process follows relatively the same pattern with a slower start and endind. The battery temperature starts at 32°C, reaches 44°C in 1 hour and a half, remains at this level for 1 hour, then drops to 43°C, and remains at this level until the end.
