Battery Tests

Alldocube X packs an 8000 mAh Li-Ion battery and supports MediaTek Pump Express Plus 2.0. It arrives with an 18W fast charger (5V/2A~7V/2A~9V/2A). All battery tests we run on the devices we review are developed by us and performed with the screen of the device being calibrated to 200 cd/m². Battery saving features are disabled. Our Alldocube review unit needed 2 hours and 21 minutes to charge its 8000 mAh battery from 0% to 100%. The charging process develops with one and the same speed until the battery gains 72% of its capacity. That's exactly 2 hours from the start. After that, charging speeds up significantly and the battery reaches its full capacity in 21 minutes. The battery temperature starts at 25°C and in 17 minutes reaches 30°C. It stays at this level for half an hour and goes up to 31°C, maintaining this new level for 40 minutes. After that, it starts to decrease and at the end measures 28°C. The result from the browsing battery life is 3 hours and 44 minutes. The discharging process maintains a relatively steady speed from the start until the end with a slight decrease in discharging speed after the battery drops to 10%. The battery temperature starts at 26°C and an hour or so increases to 46°C remaining at this level until the end.

The Battery menu is a typical Android 8.1 Oreo one and contains the standard toggles for the battery saver, standby intelligent power saving and battery percentage. The additional options include shortcuts to the battery usage date and app optimization.
