Ich habe das Smartphone über einem Jahr. Obwohl damals schon das S6 auf dem Markt war, entschied ich mich für das S5! Das S5 hatte nun mal einige Zusätze die für mich persönlich wichtig waren. Wasserabweisend, Akku geht raus, Zusatzspeicherkarte u.s.w. Bis jetzt bin ich sehr zufrieden, funktioniert einwandfrei, beim Normal Gebrauch hebt der Akku locker 3 Tage!!! Da kann der I-Phone einpacken. Auch meine Freundin hat durch mich, nach vielen Jahren I-Phone auf Samsung umgestellt und ist sehr zufrieden. Galaxy S5 ist eins der Besten Geräte welches Samsung auf den Markt gestellt hat!

Very good device, I bought it because my iPhone 5 fell in the water and this Samsung is water resistant. Another good feature is the battery, which is better than the iPhone's: it has 3 modes - extra saving and very extra saving and black and white for 12 days with signal and internet. Very especial features: remote control for TV, TV out, USB OTG, multiple sensors, support microSD to 128 GB. The only major drawback is the bad design of the bottom of the phone - there is no enough space for the fingers and many times I press things by mistake.

I loved my Galaxy s3 but after 2 years it was time to upgrade to the S5. I am extremely disappointed. The phone is the equivalent to a piece of tin. The speaker sounds as if the person on the other end is surrounded by metal walls that reverberate. The absolute worse feature is the charge port which now has a latch that has to be removed in order to open it and is nearly impossible to do unless you have nails. I attempted to return the phone due to the fact that I could not open the port and was told I would be charged a 35.00 restocking fee! Whoever came up with the brilliant idea to produce a phone with an enclosure over the port is a complete idiot.

I bought my Samsung Galaxy S5 on April 18, 2014. Within the first week, started having reception problems. Paid $200. Continued having problems. Called Verizon numerous times to no avail. The only thing they would do is give me a refurbished phone. Finally, accepted 1st refurbished phone in last week of August 2014. First refurbished replacement could not be activated. Stayed in store 3 hours and spent an hour driving there. Second refurbished notification light almost gone.
