The Doogee S86 Pro is one of the latest smartphones from Doogee's S series and in the brand's fashion, it combines top rugged qualities with a unique feature that finds practical application in everyday lives. In the case of the S86 Pro, the unique feature is the infrared thermometer. Placed on the back of the device, this sensor works with a pre-installed app making it easy to use as a breeze. Another noteworthy feature of the model is its big battery - 8500 mAh - coupled with a fast charger - 24W. The Doogee S86 Pro is fitted with an IPS display panel with a 6.1-inch diagonal size and an HD+ resolution (720 x 1560 pixels). The front is protected by a Corning Gorilla Glass of unspecified generation. It also supports Gloves Mode for touch input when you're wearing gloves. The U-notch above the screen houses the 8MP OmniVision OV8858 front camera with an f/2.2 aperture. The rear camera module includes three shooters. The main one uses a 16MP OmniVision OV16880 sensor and a 6-element lens with an f/2.0 aperture. Its second snapper is an ultra-wide unit with an 8MP Samsung S5K4H7 sensor, 130° field of view, and an f/2.2 aperture. Finally, there's the 2MP JSL BF2253L depth-sensing unit for portraits.

The smartphone is powered by an 8500 mAh battery with a 24W fast charger in the box. Processing power depends on a MediaTek Helio P60 (MT6771V/W). Built after the 12nm production node, it features a 2GHz octa-core CPU with four 2GHz Cortex-A73 cores and four 2GHz Cortex-A53 cores. The graphics department is managed by a tri-core ARM Mali-G72 MP3 GPU clocked at 800MHz. There are 8GB of LPDDR4X RAM and 128GB of UFS 2.1 storage on board. The latter can be expanded with up to 256GB.

The Doogee S86 Pro is IP68, IP69K, and MIL-STD-810G certified for resistance to water, dust, drops, shock, pressure, humidity, temperature extremes, etc. It has a hybrid, dual Nano-SIM tray with both SIM cards supporting 4G VoLTE simultaneously. The network bands supported by both cards are as follows: 2G GSM (2/3/5/8), 3G WCDMA (1/2/4/5/8), 4G FDD-LTE (1/2/3/4/5/7/8/12/13/17/19/20/25/26/28/66). The wireless connectivity options of this smartphone include Bluetooth 5, dual-band Wi-Fi 802.11ac, Wi-Fi Direct, Wi-Fi Hotspot, Wi-Fi Display. The smartphone also supports NFC and works with GPS, GLONASS, and Beidou. A USB Type-C 2.0 port with OTG support, a customizable button, headphone jack, and a side-mounted fingerprint sensor are also provided. The Doogee S86 Pro runs on Android 10.
