Doogee V10 Review - 5G connectivity and great battery life in a compact rugged package

Performance

The Doogee V10 is based on a MediaTek Dimensity 700 (MT6833) chipset that houses an octa-core CPU with two 2.2GHz Cortex-A76 cores and six 2GHz Cortex-A55 cores. The graphics department is managed by a dual-core ARM Mali-G57 MP2 GPU clocked at 955 MHz. The smartphone ships with 8GB of LPDDR4X RAM and 128GB of UFS 2.2 storage that can not be expanded. Of those 128GB, 118GB are available to the user. According to Doogee, the smartphone's structure is created in such a way as to provide optimum cooling of the device. A promo drawing of the structure shows a VC cooling unit but Doogee does now explicitly mentions it in the specifications. Other smartphones which we have reviewed and are based on the Dimensity 700 chipset include the Oukitel WP15, the Oukitel WP13, and the POCO M3 Pro 5G. Our V10 review unit scored 308,595 points on AnTuTu 8 and 359,988 points on AnTuTu 9, with both results outperforming significantly the other smartphones we've reviewed based on the same system-on-chip. The single-core result from Geekbench 5 is also the highest, while the multi-core result yields only to the one from the POCO M3 Pro. The PCMark Work 3.0 result is typical for a smartphone, based on a Dimensity 700 chipset. The same applies to the 3DMark Sling Shot and Wilf Life results which are very close for all devices with the same chip. Androbench also demonstrates very robust results not only for sequential reading and writing but also for the random ones.
