The Ulefone Note 13P is fitted with a 2.5D curved in-cell IPS display with a 6.5-inch diagonal size, FHD+ resolution, and a Corning Gorilla Glass of unspecified generation for protection. The punch hole in the display is the home of the 16MP Sony IMX481 selfie camera with an f/2.2 aperture. The rear camera module includes a 20MP Sony IMX350 main camera with a 6-element lens and an f/1.8 aperture. It is adjoined by a GalaxyCore GC02M2 macro lens as well. The device is powered by a 5180 mAh battery accompanied by a 10W charger in the box. Processing power depends on a MediaTek Helio G35 (MT6765V/WB) chipset. Built on TSMC's 12 nm process, it packs an octa-core CPU with four 2.3GHz Cortex-A53 cores and another quartet of those but clocked at 1.8GHz. An IMG PowerVR GE8320 GPU clocked at 680 MHz is responsible for the graphics department. The Ulefone Note 13P is equipped with a triple-slot for a microSD card and two Nano-SIM cards with both SIM cards supporting 4G LTE and VoLTE simultaneously.
