Overview

Oukitel RT7 Titan 5G is the sixth Oukitel rugged tablet from its RT series. It also happens to be the mobile device with the highest battery capacity in the world so far - 32000 mAh. That single feature is curious enough but Oukitel did not stop there. The RT7 gets a modern 5G chipset, an impressive set of cameras, a big display, stereo speakers, and bespoke rugged qualities. Add to this a budget-friendly price and you get a device that's worth considering when in the hunt for rugged tablets. Moreover, the Oukitel RT7 Titan 5G is a rare device being a 5G rugged tablet. There are not so many other offerings on the market with those qualities and are limited to the Conquest S22 5G, the Samsung Galaxy Tab Active4 Pro, and the three models from the Galaxy Tab S9 series. Specifications

Oukitel RT7 Titan 5G has a 10.1-inch IPS display with a resolution of 1900 x 1200 pixels. It delivers a typical brightness of 400 nits and is protected by a 1.1 mm thick DragonTrail Glass. Speaking of protection, this tablet is designed to survive drops, shocks, extreme temperatures, water-soaking, dust, and dirt. It is IP68, IP69K, and MIL-STG810H certified for being able to withstand these and other environmental hazards. The 1.2 kg body packs a 32000 mAh battery that supports 33W fast charging and 7.5W reverse charging. Oukitel specifies a battery life of 220 hours of talk time and 2720 hours (180 days!) of standby time. The camera department includes a 32MP Samsung S5KGD1 selfie camera with an f/2.2 aperture and a 78° FoV. On the back, there are there shooters. The main one uses a 48MP Sony IMX582 sensor paired with an f/1.79 lens with a 79.4° FoV. It is adjoined by a 20MP Sony IMX350 Night Vision camera and a 2MP macro sensor. To make the multimedia experience more complete, the RT7 has two stereo speakers with an Awinic AW88394 digital amplifier. A MediaTek Dimensity 720 (MT6853V) ticks under the rugged hood offering a 2GHz octa-core CPU and a tri-core Mali-G57 GPU. It is paired with 12GB of LPDDR4X RAM and 256GB of UFS 2.2 storage. The chipset supports 5G connectivity and more specifically, the following network bands - 2G GSM (2/3/5/8), 2.5G CDMA (BC0, BC1, BC10), 3G WCDMA (1/2/4/5/6/8/19), 4G FDD-LTE (B1/2/3/4/5/7/8/12/13/17/18/19/20/25/26/28A/28B/66), 4G TDD-LTE (34/38/39/40/41), and 5G (n1/n3/n5/n8/n20/n28/n38/n40/n41/n77/n78). The wireless connectivity options of the model include Bluetooth 5.1, Wi-Fi 5, Wi-Fi Hotspot, and Cast display. The tablet has a hybrid, dual-SIM card tray that can accommodate either two Nano-SIM cards or a Nano-SIM card and a microSD card. It runs on Android 13 and supports GPS, GLONASS, Galileo, and Beidou. It is also equipped with a USB Type-C 2.0 port.

What's in the box

Oukitel RT7 Titan 5G arrives in a massive, flat, rectangular white box with the Oukitel logo imprinted in glossy silver on the top and longer sides of the lid. Being an unconventional mobile device, the RT7 is accompanied by an unconventional set of accessories. The most noteworthy item is the alloy handle. It is not heavy and can be easily attached to the back of the tablet with screws (included). This handle allows you to carry the tablet as a "bag" or can serve as a stand. Another convenient accessory is the hand strap. It is also attached to the rear shell via screws and allows you to carry the device more securely when you're outdoors and need it for work or other activities.
