Wemei launches the We Plus with a 5.5" HD Super AMOLED display and a 3150 mAh battery

It features a 5.5-inch Super AMOLED display with an HD resolution and a pixel density of 320 ppi. The 10-point multi-touch screen is protected by a Corning Gorilla Glass 3 and takes up 77.8% of total front surface of the phone. The device itself is very thin. It has a waistline of 6.9 mm, yet it manages to pack a 3150 mAh battery that arrives with a 5V/2A charger. Performance-wise, the Weimei We Plus is equipped with a MediaTek MT6753 chipset that includes a 1.3GHz octa-core CPU aided by 3GB of RAM. The on-board memory is 32GB. The model also packs a 13-megapixel primary camera with a Samsung S5K3M2XXM5 sensor, phase detection AF and a 6-element lens with an f/2.0 aperture. The front-facing shooter has a 5-megapixel Samsung sensor and an f/2.2 lens. The dual-SIM device is based on Android and supports 2G, 3G and 4G LTE networks along with Wi-Fi 802.11 a/c/b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0, Wi-Fi Direct, GPS/A-GPS, GLONASS, and has a USB Type-C port.
