The phone reprogrammes itself, doesn't ring and doesn't allow you to set it as you need. It has the standard apps that not always work. I set it and suddenly it changes the settings without a reason. I use it only for calls and have missed several important ones just because it changed the sound mode without me touching it.

This phone is great, everything worked as it should. I live in Nova Scotia and LTE works (coverage isn't good). My problem was the screen. Sent it back, the supplier said it was misuse (wasn't the case), but they are taking care of it under warranty. A not so bad phone.

I had the previous X2 model and had no trouble for 2 years, so I got the X3. I had major drama with this phone, it just shut down and would not work even though the battery was charged. I've returned it.

External speakers have an annoying click that cuts out all audio when it happens...which is everytime the external speaker is used. Phone speaker is pretty bad too. No support number.

The manufacturer outright lied about the capacity of the battery, its only 3200 mAh, not the 4500 that is advertised. This phone was shipped to me with 2 invalid IMEI's: 35666666666666/8, without the proper IMEI sticker on the inside of the phone, in a plain box without the correct, corresponding IMEI sticker on the outside of the box. This phone will not connect to any service provider here in Canada or anywhere in the world. I did a factory reset in hopes that the IMEI problem would fix itself, it caused a boot loop. I did a 'Wipe Cache, Factory Reset' from recovery, this did not fix the boot loop. The off button did not work anymore. No reset button as shown in the add copy's, I had to remove the back cover, unsolder the +, wait 5 min, resolder the wire back to turn the phone off from the boot loop. No support from No.1 - the parent company, or Vphone for a new ROM or valid IMEI''s for the phone. Garbage, do not waste your money.

I have used it for a day. Gmail, YouTube and other Google services required updating. After the update the phone did not recognize the inserted SIM. IMEI of the phone got lost and I cannot use it as a phone. Nothing helps. Many people have the same problem, read on the internet and do not buy!
