Ulefone Power Armor 16S is equipped with a 12 nm Unisoc Tiger T616 system-on-chip. The chipset houses an octa-core CPU with two 2GHz Cortex-A75 cores and six 1.8GHz Cortex-A55 cores. An ARM Mali-G52 MC1 GPU clocked up to 750MHz handles the graphics department. There are 8GB of LPDDR4X RAM clocked at 1866 MHz and 128GB of storage onboard. There's an option to expand the RAM with up to 8GB virtually. After every change, the smartphone must be restarted. There's a dedicated slot for a microSD card. Of the 128GB onboard the device, 115GB are available to the user. Our Ulefone Power Armor 16S review unit scored 301,646 points on AnTuTu 10. This puts it between the Unisoc Tiger T606 chipset on the lower end and the MediaTek Helio G96 chipset on the upper end. The single-core and multi-core Geekbench 6 results show a performance that's comparable to that of devices based on the Helio G85 and Helio G96. TThe PCMark Work 3.0 result puts it at the Dimensity 700 and Snapdragon 845 level.
