Infinix Note 40X 5G is launched in India

Infinix Note 40X 5G made its debut in India today. The smartphone features a 6.78-inch AMOLED display with an FHD+ resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate. It delivers a brightness of 500 nits. The top-center punch hole houses an 8MP selfie camera with an LED flash. On the rear shell, there's an iPhone-style trio of cameras comprising a 108MP main shooter with an f/1.75 aperture, a 2MP macro lens, and an AI sensor. The device is equipped with dual stereo speakers and a side-mounted fingerprint sensor. Processing power is based on the Dimensity 6300 chipset paired with 8GB/12GB of RAM and 256GB of UFS 2.2 storage. The RAM can be virtually expanded with up to 12GB and there's a dedicated microSD card slot for expanding the built-in storage. A 5000 mAh battery keeps the lights on and supports 18W fast charging. According to Infinix, it should provide up to 16 hours of talk time, up to 90 hours of music, up to 10 hours of browsing, and up to 15 hours of video playing. The device runs on XOS 14 based on Android 14 and supports Bluetooth 5.2, NFC, and Wi-Fi 5 (802.11ac).
