Kazam demonstrated the Kazam Tornado 552L - a 5.5 mm smartphone with an octa-core 64-bit chipset

Kazam is a British smartphone maker that also participated in the MWC 2015 in Barcelona. It showcased the Kazam Tornado 552L - a flagship that is only 5.5mm-thin. It features a 5.2-inch AMOLED display with an FHD resolution (1080 x 1920). Under the hood is placed a 64-bit MediaTek MT6572 chipset with an octa-core Cortex-A53 CPU clocked at 1.7GHz and a dual-core Mali-T760 MP2 GPU. They are coupled with 2GB of RAM and 16GB of internal memory. There are two SIM card slots and 4G LTE network support is also provided. The duo of cameras includes a 13-megapixel Sony shooter on the back and an 8-megapixel front camera with a Magic Focus function. The battery has a capacity of 2750 mAh and there is Android 5.0 Lollipop on board. Kazam provides a three year warranty on the device, but availability and pricing are not announced as of yet.
