Honor Win and Honor Win RT debut in China with flagship specs and 25000 RPM cooling fans

Honor has officially introduced the Honor Win and the Honor Win RT in China, two flagship‑class smartphones that push the boundaries of performance, endurance, battery life, image processing, and display technology. The devices arrive with a spec sheet that reads more like a high‑end gaming handheld than a traditional smartphone, signaling Honor's ambition to dominate the performance segment in 2025.
At the center of the Honor Win is the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset, built on a 3 nm process and equipped with a 4.61 GHz octa-core CPU and an Adreno 840 GPU. The Honor Win RT is based on the Snapdragon 8 Elite mobile platform with a 4.3HJz octa-core CPU and an Adreno 830 GPU. Honor complements the silicon with a VC cooling system, a 25,000 RPM active cooling fan, and its proprietary Phantom Engine 3.0 to maintain peak performance under pressure. The cooling fan is positioned on the rear shell and ensures direct airflow to the chipset. Both devices offer 12GB/16GB of LPDDR5X RAM and 256GB/512GB/1TB of storage.
Both the Honor Win and the Win RT feature a 6.83‑inch OLED display that delivers a 1272 × 2800 resolution, 30‑bit color depth, and a pixel density of 450 ppi. Honor pushes responsiveness to new extremes with a 185 Hz refresh rate, 480 Hz ten‑finger touch sampling, and an instantaneous 3500 Hz touch sampling mode. The screen reaches 2000 nits of global peak brightness and up to 6000 nits locally, supported by HDR Vivid, 100% DCI‑P3 coverage, TÜV Rheinland Global Eye Protection 5.0, and 5920 Hz PWM dimming.
One of the Honor Win's and Win RT's headline features is the enormous 10000 mAh lithium‑polymer battery that powers each device. They both support 100W fast wired charging adn 27W reverse wired charging. The Honor Win also supports 80W wireless charging. Honor's Qinghai Lake 4.0 safety system is included to manage thermal and electrical stability during high‑power charging cycles. Charging separation is also supported.
Photography also receives flagship treatment. The main rear camera uses a 1/1.56‑inch CMOS sensor with 50MP resolution, optical image stabilization, and 4K video recording at 60 fps. It is joined by a 12MP ultra‑wide camera with a 112‑degree field of view. The front camera mirrors the main sensor's 50MP resolution and supports 4K video recording at 60 fps, making the device unusually capable for high‑resolution vlogging and video calls. In addition to those, the Honor Win also features a 50MP telephoto module offering 3x optical zoom and up to 100x digital zoom with OIS and EIS support.
Both the Honor Win and the Honor Win RT are built with aluminum alloy and glass, with IP68 and IP69K certification for dust, water, and high‑pressure resistance. Despite their massive batteries, the phones maintain a relatively slim 8.3 mm profile. Connectivity is equally comprehensive, including Wi‑Fi 7, Bluetooth 6.0, NFC, infrared, dual‑SIM standby, and support for a wide range of 4G and 5G bands.
The Honor Win's price starts at CNY 3999, while the Honor Win RT's price starts at CNY 2699.
