Obviously, in 2025 Vivo will continue with its strategy to release smartphones that are a mix-and-match from other similar models by the brand. The newly announced Vivo iQOO Z9 Turbo Endurance Edition a.k.a. Vivo iQOO Z9 Turbo Long Battery Life Edition is such an example. In its essence, this is the Vivo iQOO Z9 Turbo which was unveiled in April 2024 paired with the bigger battery (6400 mAh) of the Vivo iQOO Z9 Turbo+ which was announced in September 2024. The colors are also different but everything else is identical.
The Vivo iQOO Z9 Turbo Endurance Edition and its siblings have a 6.78-inch AMOLED display with a resolution of 1260 x 2800 px and a 10-bit color bit depth. The display has a 144Hz refresh rate and a 3840 HZ PWM dimming. It delivers a peak brightness of 4500 cd/m² and is SGS-certified for its low blue light and flicker-free technology. The device is equipped with an in-display fingerprint sensor, an IR blaster, and an X-axis linear motor. The camera department includes a 50MP Sony LYT-600 main shooter with OIS and 4K video recording, an 8MP ultra-wide unit, and a 16MP front-facing shooter. A 6000 mAh battery keeps the lights on with 80W fast charging support. Processing power is based on a Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 chipset with 12GB/16GB of LPDDR5X RAM and 256GB/512GB of UFS 4.0 storage.
