Huawei has officially introduced the Huawei MatePad Pro 12 and its special Huawei MatePad Pro 12 Enjoy edition in China. This is a premium 12‑inch tablet that blends an ultra‑thin design with a next‑generation flexible OLED display, upgraded Kirin performance, and the full creative ecosystem of HarmonyOS 6.1. The device arrives as one of Huawei's most refined tablets to date, aimed at users who need a lightweight yet powerful companion for work, art, and education.
The MatePad Pro 12 embraces a minimalist aesthetic with a body measuring 264.2 x 172.9 x 4.7 mm, and a weight of approximately 439 g (454 g for the PaperMatte Edition). Huawei offers five color finishes - Glowing Blue, Sakura Pink Gold, Floating White, Moonlight Silver, Space Gray - each crafted with distinct surface treatments. The back panel's layered light effects give the tablet a soft, silk‑like visual texture. The Enjoy version is available only in Moonlight Silver and Space Gray.
The tablet is built around a 12‑inch flexible OLED display with a 3036 x 1952 resolution, 302 ppi, 93% screen‑to‑body ratio, 2,000,000:1 contrast, and 1600‑nit peak brightness. The screen supports 10.7‑billion colors and the P3 wide color gamut, delivering crisp detail and vivid color reproduction. Huawei also offers a PaperMatte Edition, featuring the company's PaperMatte Display - a flexible OLED panel engineered to diffuse reflections and reduce glare from sunlight and indoor lighting, making long viewing sessions more comfortable.
Performance receives a significant boost with the Kirin T93 chipset (T93A for the Enjoy Edition).
