OnePlus has launched the OnePlus 15, a flagship smartphone that aims to blend top-tier performance, advanced imaging, and long-lasting battery life into a polished industrial design. The new model continues OnePlus's push into premium hardware territory by pairing a high-refresh display and ambitious camera hardware with fast charging and a top-notch chipset.
The OnePlus 15 features a refined aesthetic, boasting an aluminum alloy frame, Crystal Shield Glass back, and Gorilla Glass display protection, available in finishes such as Sand Dune, Absolute Black, and Misty Purple. The handset measures approximately 161.42 mm by 76.67 mm with a thickness of around 8.1–8.2 mm depending on the finish, and its weight ranges from 211g to 215 g depending on configuration, reflecting OnePlus's focus on a substantial yet manageable flagship feel.
The OnePlus 15 is equipped with a 6.78-inch display featuring an FHD+ resolution of 2772 × 1272, a peak adaptive refresh rate that reaches 165 Hz in certain scenarios, and a dynamic 1–120 Hz intelligent switching range for enhanced power efficiency. The screen supports 10.7 billion colors with 10-bit depth, 100% DCI-P3 coverage across standard and vivid modes, and a 1800-nit global peak brightness, intended for both indoor accuracy and high-visibility outdoor use.
At its core, the OnePlus 15 uses the 3 nm Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 mobile platform with a 4.6GHz octa-core CPU and an Adreno 840 GPU. OnePlus offers multiple memory and storage combinations with 12GB/16GB of LPDDR5X RAM and up to 1 TB of UFS 4.1 storage, targeting demanding multitaskers, creators, and gamers who require sustained throughput and responsiveness.
The rear camera array features a 50MP Sony main shooter with an f/1.8 aperture and OIS, a 50MP telephoto lens with PDAF, OIS, and 86 mm focal length equivalent, and a 50MP ultra-wide snapper with a 116-degree FoV. The front camera is a 32 MP unit capable of 4K60 video recording for high-quality selfies and video calls. OnePlus also highlights a range of capture formats and advanced video frame-rate options, including 8K recording.
The OnePlus 15 uses a dual-cell battery architecture with a 7300 mAh capacity, supporting 120W wired and 50W wireless flash charging and broad compatibility with UFCS, PPS, PD, and QC protocols. Connectivity includes dual 5G SIM support, Wi‑Fi 7, Bluetooth 6.0, NFC with OnePlus Pay and eID functionality, and an extensive list of supported cellular bands for global roaming and carrier compatibility. The OnePlus 15 ships with ColorOS 16 based on Android 16.
