The tablet is built around a huge, 14-inch OLED display with extremely thin bezels. It has a resolution of 3200 x 2136 px (255 ppi) and a refresh rate of 120Hz. The peak brightness hits 1600 nits and the screen is protected by a Corning Gorilla Glass 5. There's a matte display version of the model called Xiaomi Pad Ultra Soft Light, which is slightly pricier. A beefy 12000 mAh battery powers the slate, supporting 120W fast charging. The camera department comprises a 50MP Samsung ISOCELL JN1 rear shooter and a 32MP OmniVision OV32D selfie snapper. The Xiaomi Pad 7 Ultra has a side-mounted fingerprint sensor, a USB Type-C 3.2 port, and stereo speakers. It runs on HyperOS 2 based on Android 12 and supports Bluetooth 5.4, Wi-Fi 6, and NFC.
