Add DeviceSpecifications as a preferred source on GoogleVivo has launched the S60 series in China a couple of days ago. The first model is the Vivo S60, featuring a 6.59-inch AMOLED display with a 144Hz refresh rate, and a resolution of 1260 x 2750 px. The device is powered by the Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 mobile platform, built on a 4nm process with an octa‑core CPU architecture peaking at 3.0GHz. Graphics are handled by the Adreno 735 GPU, and storage configurations include 12GB or 16GB of RAM paired with 256GB or 512GB of internal storage. The phone ships with OriginOS 6 based on Android 16 and is powered by a 7200 mAh battery with 90W fast charging.
The camera department is one of the main selling points of the Vivo S60. It comprises four 50MP cameras - a Sony‑grade gimbal‑stabilized main camera, a periscope telephoto lens with up to 100x digital zoom, a 110‑degree ultra‑wide lens, and a selfie snapper with autofocus. Both the main and periscope cameras support OIS for photos and combined OIS+EIS stabilization for video.
The second model is the Vivo S60e a.k.a. Vivo S60 Emission Edition (directly translated from Chinese). The only difference with the S60 lies in the chipset. The S60e is based on the brand-new MediaTek Dimensity 7500 system-on-chip and happens to be the first to do so.
The chip is built on a 4nm process and uses ARM's new C1 Pro and C1 Nano designs, arranged as four C1 Pro cores up to 2.6GHz and four C1 Nano cores up to 2.0GHz, while graphics are handled by an ARM Mali‑G625 MC2 GPU. The device is backed by 8GB/12GB of LPDDR5 RAM and 256GB/512GB dual‑lane UFS 3.1 storage. The chipset elevates AI performance through the MediaTek NPU 850, enabling real‑time speech conversion, context‑aware responses, and intelligent notification summaries.
Both devices run on OriginOS 6 (Android 16) and support Bleutooth 5.4, Wi-Fi 6E, and NFC.
