Samsung will launch the Galaxy S10 5G in South Korea on April 5thOn April 5th, residents of South Korea will be able to purchase the Galaxy S10 5G. In its press release, Samsung says "Over the past decade, Samsung has worked closely with network operators, device manufacturers and software developers to make 5G a reality with its complete end-to-end solution." The model will be available in Majestic Black, Royal Gold, Crown Silver colours and after South Korea, it will visit other markets as well. The price is set at 1.4 million won ($1,231).

Just like the other models from the Galaxy S10 family, the 5G model offers a similar design and has two versions depending on the chipset - the Galaxy S10 5G Exynos and the Galaxy S10 5G SD855. Either way, the S10 5G is built around a 6.7-inch Dynamic AMOLED display with a QHD+ resolution. It packs a 4500 mAh battery with Super Fast Charging compatible on wired with QC2.0, AFC and PD3.0, Fast Wireless Charging 2.0, Wireless PowerShare. There are 8GB of RAM on board and 256GB/512GB of built-in memory.

The camera department of Galaxy S10 5G features a total of six shooters. On the back, there's a quad-module that includes a 12MP telephoto camera with PDAF, OIS, 45° lens, f/2.4; a 12MP camera with Super Speed Dual Pixel AF, variable aperture f/1.5-f/2.4, OIS and 77° lens; a 16MP ultra-wide camera with an f/2.2 and 123° lens; a hQVGA 3D depth sensor. On the front, there's another hQVGA 3D depth sensor plus a 10MP selfie shooter with an f/1.9 aperture, 80° lens and Dual Pixel AF.

As long as it concerns the connectivity options, Galaxy S10 5G offers enhanced 4×4 MIMO, up to 7CA, LAA, LTE Cat.20 with 2.0Gbps download and 150Mbps upload speeds + None Standalone (NSA), Sub6 / mmWave (28G, 39G). It also supports dual-band Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac/ax, VHT80 MU-MIMO, 1024QAM, NFC, MST. In Korea, the 5G commercial network has been on air since December 1, 2018 by all mobile operators using Samsung's 5G network core and radio solutions.
