Google Pixel Tablet joins the Pixel 7a

Google Pixel Tablet has just been unveiled at the company's developers' conference. The slate has a minimalist design in pastel colors dubbed Hazel, Rose, and Porcelain. Its rear shell has a nano-ceramic coating to make holding it easier with a more secure grip. The Tensor G2 chipset with a 2.85GHz octa-core CPU has found its way on the Pixel Tablet as well. On this device, it is paired with 8GB of RAM and 128GB/256GB of storage. There isn't a microSD card slot. The front is adorned with a 10.95-inch IPS display with a resolution of 2560 x 1600 pixels and 500 nits of brightness. Power is supplied by a 27 Wh battery. The camera department is simplified to an 8MP selfie snapper and an 8MP rear shooter. What makes the Google Pixel Tablet different is that it can serve as a smart display. With Hub Mode it can control the smart gadgets and appliances in your home/office. The tablet also arrives with Chromecast built-in for direct casting of videos and music from your phone to the tablet. It has a Charging Speaker Dock in the box with a 43.5 mm full-range speaker and magnetic docking interface with pogo pin connection. Google has opened the pre-order books for the model in the USA., Canada, the UK, Germany, France, Sweden, Denmark, Norway, the Netherlands, Japan, and Australia. Its price starts at USD 499.
