The Cubot KingKong Power 3 has a beautiful rugged design and not only looks but also feels solid. Its main distinctive feature is the big rear-mounted speaker that occupies the top half of the rear shell. With a level of noise set at 123 dB it can easily serve as a portable speaker that does not fear harsh environmental conditions. To make things sweeter Cubot has also added ambient RGB LED lights in an X shape on the rear shell that sync to the music. The device is IP68, IP69K, and MIL-STD-810H certified meaning it is resistant to water, dust, drops, dirt, sand, extreme temperatures and other similar challenges.
The tried and tested Helio G99 chipset ticks under the hood ensuring reliable performance, great 4G connectivity, and excellent power efficiency. It is paired with 6GB or 12GB of LPDDr4X RAM that can be virtually expanded with up to 12GB. There are 256GB of built-in UFS 2.2 storage that can also be expanded via a microSD card. The device relies on a 10200 mAh battery with 33W fast charging. Stay tuned for our in-depth Cubot KingKon Power 3 review and the results from our battery life tests.
