It's a rugged, compact tool built to deliver power, connectivity, and reliability when your main phone can't.
At the center of the AGM M11 is its defining feature: it's a power bank and a feature phone in one. The 4000 mAh removable Li-Ion battery is designed for endurance, offering days of standby and long stretches of real‑world use without nightly charging. More importantly, it supports 5W wired reverse charging, allowing the M11 to instantly top up another phone or gadget. A 10W charger comes in the box for quick refills, and because the battery is removable, you can swap in a spare if needed. Whether you're keeping your main phone alive on a long trip or powering a small device in the field, the M11 is built to serve as a dependable energy source.
That power‑bank capability ties directly into one of the M11's most distinctive design elements: the built‑in USB Type‑C output cable. It's mounted at the top-right corner of the phone and tucked into the top frame, always attached, always ready - no extra cables to pack or lose. When you're not charging anything, the cable doubles as a carry strap or wrist tether, making the device easier to handle and harder to drop. This clever integration turns a functional necessity into a practical everyday convenience. The reverse charging capability is off by default.
The rest of the design follows the same philosophy of rugged simplicity. The AGM M11 is built to survive harsh conditions with IP68 and IP69K protection against water, dust, and high‑pressure jets, plus a structure engineered to withstand drops with MIL-STD-810H certification. Despite its toughness, it remains compact and easy to carry at 68 mm of width, 149.5 mm of height, 21 mm of thickness, and 225 g of weight.
Tough polycarbonate is the core material used for the M11 construction - it does not compromise on durability, yet the device remains quite lightweight and portable. The front is occupied by a 2.8‑inch display with a 240 x 320 resolution - large and clear for a feature phone, and a physical keyboard. The wide, tactile keypad features large, clearly separated buttons for confident operation even with gloves or wet hands. It's a device meant to be used anywhere - on worksites, in the rain, on the trail - without fuss.
The rear shell is curved on all four sides for improved grip and handling. The central rear panel is removable. Underneath, you will discover a second cover, and the removable battery lies under it, protected from the elements' influence. The top of the rear shell is occupied by a 2MP rear camera with a flashlight, which covers basic photography needs. A single speaker is placed to the right of the camera.
The bottom frame houses the 3.5 mm headphone jack and the USB Type-C port, protected by an insulating rubber cover. A single microphone is also placed there, while the top frame has a dedicated place for the USB Type-C reverse cable. The device's sides are left entirely uncluttered, reinforcing its clean, purposeful silhouette and improving overall grip.
Connectivity is another area where the M11 punches above its class. It supports 4G LTE across a wide range of global bands on both Nano-SIM cards - 2G GSM (B2, B3, B5, B8), 3G UMTS (B1, B2, B5, B8), 4G FDD (B1, B2, B3, B4, B5, B7, B8, B12, B17, B20, B28, B66, B71), and 4G TDD (B38, B39, B40, B41). The EU SAR value at the head is 0.716 W/kg and the EU SAR value at the body is 1.792 W/kg. The two Nano-SIM card slots are located under the battery pack, and so is the separate microSD card slot.
The M11 also supports Bluetooth 5.0, Wi-Fi, and can instantly turn into a Wi‑Fi hotspot, sharing mobile data with laptops, tablets, or other phones. Cloud phone support over 4G and Wi‑Fi enables direct access to YouTube and TikTok without heavy apps or local storage pressure, letting you stream or browse with surprising ease for a device in this category. For entertainment and utility, it includes FM radio, a 3.5 mm headphone jack, and a built‑in flashlight activated by holding the "0" key. Whether wired or wireless, the essentials are all here.
Rounding out the experience is the UNISOC T127 chipset paired with 64MB of RAM and 128MB of storage. Storage can be expanded up to 128GB via microSD, giving you plenty of room for music, photos, and files. A single microphone and a 2030 loudspeaker complete the hardware package. The device arrives with a Real-Time Operating System (RTOS) - a specialized operating system designed for embedded systems.
The AGM M11 is placed in AGM's signature box in warm yellow-orange color with the brand and model name imprinted on the cover, along with a photo of the device. Inside, the device is placed on top of a set of accessories, including a 10W charger, a USB Type-C cable, and paperwork.
