Meizu X8 will be named Meizu 16X and will be launched in September, according to Jack WongPrior the announcement of Meizu 16 and Meizu 16 Plus, which happened yesterday, additional leaks appeared regarding a third new smartphone from the brand - Meizu X8, powered by a Snapdragon 710 chipset that will directly compete with the Xiaomi Mi 8 SE. Today, Jack Wong shared on Meizu's forums that such a device is expected in September but is named Meizu 16X. The change in the name probably reflects the company's desire to include it in the Meizu 16 series. Jack Wong has also stated before that this new model will be the first Meizu smartphone with a notch and will be cheaper than the Mi 8 SE.
