Google Pixel 9 Pro and Pixel 9 Pro XL are unveiled with a new 42MP front camera and Tensor G4

They are based on the new custom silicon - Tensor G4. It's the most efficient chip yet on a Pixel device and was designed to improve everyday use cases, like opening apps more quickly or browsing the web. Tensor G4 was designed with Google DeepMind and is optimized to run our most advanced AI models. It will be the first processor to run Gemini Nano with Multimodality — which helps your phone understand text, images and audio. The RAM has also been increased up to 16G on the Pixel 9 Pro and Pixel 9 Pro XL to make sure the AI-powered experiences run smoothly.

The camera department of the Pixel 9 Pro and the Pixel 9 Pro XL comprises a 50MP Samsung GNK main shooter with OIS support, a 48MP ultra-wide camera, and a 48MP periscope telephoto unit with PDAF, OIS, and 5x optical zoom. the XL model is powered by a 5060 mAh battery with 45W fast charging and 23W wireless charging support. The Pixel 9 Pro has a 4700 mAh battery with 27W fast charging and 21W wireless charging support.
