5G deployed in Italy by VodafoneVodafone announced that it deployed its 5G facilities in 5 major cities in Italy - Rome, Milan, Turin, Naples, Bologna. This makes Italy the third country in Europe to offer 5G services after Switzerland and the UK. By 2021, more than 100 Italian cities will enjoy 5G service. According to the CEO of Vodafone Italy, Aldo Bisio, it will take 4-5 years for 5G to reach the same coverage 4G has at present.
