Cubot Note 8 - an entry-level smartphone with a MediaTek MT6739WW chipsetThe Cubot Note 8 is an entry-level offering from Cubot sporting a MediaTek MT6739WW chipset that dates back to 2017. It has a 1.5GHz quad-core Cortex-A53 CPU and a 570MHz IMG PowerVR GE8100 GPU. On Note 8, the chip is paired with 2GB of LPDD3 RAM and 16GB of storage that can be expanded. The rear shell is removable, and so is the 3100 mAh battery. Hence, you get direct access to the two SIM card slots and the third slot for the microSD card. The front is fitted with a 5.5-inch IPS display with a low resolution - 442 x 960 pixels. The camera department comprises a 13MP main shooter, a VGA depth sensor, and a 5MP selfie snapper. The Cubot Note 8 runs on Android 11 an supports Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.2, GPS. It has a Micro-USB 2.0 port and a headphone jack. No fingerprint sensor.
