Google has officially introduced the Pixel 11 lineup, a three‑device family built around refined hardware, major camera upgrades, and deeper Gemini integration powered by the new Tensor G6 chip. The series includes the Pixel 11, Pixel 11 Pro, and Pixel 11 Pro XL, each designed to deliver a more durable build, faster charging, and significantly enhanced on‑device AI performance. All three models launch with seven years of OS, security, and Pixel Drop updates, and are available for pre‑order ahead of their August 20 retail debut.
Pixel 11: Slimmer Design, Stronger Build, Smarter Camera
The standard Pixel 11 arrives with a redesigned camera bar that is 40% thinner, creating a nearly bumpless profile when paired with Google's case. Its 6.3-inch OLED Actua display sits within a satin metal frame and polished glass back engineered to withstand scratches, splashes, and everyday drops. The phone comes in Pistachio, Hibiscus, Frost, and Obsidian, all starting at 256GB of storage.Camera upgrades define the Pixel 11's leap forward: a new 48‑megapixel main sensor offers 56% more light sensitivity, while the 5x telephoto lens now supports 30x Super Zoom thanks to Tensor G6's improved processing. Security is strengthened with the Titan M3 chip and post‑quantum cryptography for secure boot.
Pixel 11 Pro XL: The Largest, Fastest‑Charging Pixel Yet
At the top of the lineup sits the Pixel 11 Pro XL, offering the same Pro‑level upgrades in a larger form factor. It features the same 3600‑nit Super Actua display, anti‑scratch coating, and drop‑resistant design, along with the full HiLight notification system.Where the Pro XL stands apart is charging speed: with Google's 45W USB‑C charger, the phone can deliver up to 15 hours of battery life in just 15 minutes. It also supports 25 Qi 2.2 wireless charging at 25W, making it the fastest‑charging Pixel ever. Battery capacity is rated at 5115 mAh.
The Pro XL shares the Pro's upgraded camera hardware, including the new main sensor, redesigned telephoto lens, 120x Pro Zoom, and dramatically faster Night Sight. Powered by Tensor G6 and paired with Gemini Nano, the Pro XL becomes Google's most capable device for on‑device AI tasks, multitasking, and advanced imaging workflows.
