Realme GT7 Pro joins the Snapdragon 8 Elite tier with IP68/IP69 rating

Realme GT7 Pro is the latest smartphone on the new Snapdragon 8 Elite that was unveiled lately. It is launched in the Chinese market and features IP68 and IP69 ratings for being resistant to water, dust, dirt, and spraying - another trend among mid-range and flagship smartphones. The chipset is paired with generous LPDDR5X RAM - 12GB or 16GB, and 256GB/512GB/1TB of UFS 4.0 storage. The front is adorned with a 6.78-inch Eco2 OLED Plus display with a resolution of 1264 x 2780 px and a local peak brightness of 6000 nits. The LTPO backplane ensures a dynamic refresh rate from 1 Hz to 120 Hz. A 6500 mAh battery keeps the lights on and supports 120W fast charging. The camera department of the Realme GT7 Pro comprises a 50MP Sonyu IMX906 main shooter with OIS, a 50MP Sony IMX882 telephoto unit with 3x optical zoom, and an 8MP ultra-wide lens. The selfie camera uses a 16MP sensor with an f/2.45 aperture and an 82° FoV. The smartphone is fitted with an ultrasonic in-display fingerprint sensor, dual stereo speakers, and an IR blaster.
