The new Motorola Razr (2023) goes official in North America

The new Motorola Razr (2023) also debuted today for the North American market. This is a device designed for trendsetters who like to stand out from the crowd and digital minimalists who want to disconnect and remove distractions. The Razr is crafted with the same iconic form factor and compact design as the Razr+, unfolding into a full-sized premium smartphone. All this is topped with a price tag that's lower than any other foldable on the U.S. market.
With the new Razr Motorola introduces the Moto Unplugged that helps users take a break from their smartphone. With this feature, you can pre-select essential apps and contacts that you need to be constantly available, set a time frame within which you want a digital break, and simply enjoy.
The Razr iconic flip design is retained while Motorola introduces Corning Gorilla Glass and premium vegan leather available in Cherry Blossom, Sage Green, Vanilla Cream, and Summer Lilac colors. The flip phone's hinge allows for the device to be set up at multiple angles thanks to Flex View technology. It enables plenty of new ways of using your device. The new Razr has a 64MP main camera with OIS, a 13MP ultra-wide unit + Macro Vision lens, as well as a 32MP front-facing snapper.
When unfolded, the Motorola Razr (2023) presents its big 6.9-inch pOLED display with a 144Hz refresh rate. Combined with the two stereo speakers with Dolby Atmos and the new Spatial Sound by Moto, the immersive audio-visual experience is guaranteed. Power is supplied by a 4200 mAh battery with 30W fast charging.
In the U.S., the new Motorola Razr 2023 will be available for pre-order on motorola.com and through select carriers and retailers on October 12. The device will be available for sale starting October 19 at T-Mobile, Metro by T-Mobile, AT&T, Xfinity Mobile, USCellular, Boost Infinite, Boost Mobile, and Consumer Cellular, with subsequent availability at Cricket Wireless online and in-stores on October 20. The device will also be available universally unlocked at Best Buy, Amazon.com, and motorola.com on October 19 at a limited time $100 off launch price of $599.99 (MSRP: $699.99). In Canada, the new Motorola Razr 2023 will be available for pre-order on motorola.ca on October 12. The device will be available for sale on motorola.ca and through select carriers and national retailers on October 19 (MSRP: $999.99).
