BlackBerry Motion is official, arrives with a 5.5-inch FHD display, Snapdragon 625, and Android 7.1.1 NougatBlackBerry Motion is now official and arrives with Android 7.1.1 Nougat out of the box coupled with various features such as Android For Work, Google Play for Work, and a Locker Mode in which you can take photos that are not meant to be shared - they are password protected and not synced to the cloud. As usual, there are advanced security features such as DTEK security suite and FIPS 140-2 full disk encryption. In terms of network support, the model has three variants, one of them is with a dual-SIM tray. The body of BlackBerry Motion is water-resistant and dust-tight with IP67 certification. It is adorned by a 5.5-inch IPS display with a resolution of 1080 x 1920 pixels and an Asahi Dragontrail glass for protection with a nano-diamond anti-scratch coating. Under the display, you will see a home button with a fingerprint sensor that can be used to unlock the device, to access the Locker mode and files in it, authorise purchases, etc. Under the hood, a Qualcomm Snapdragon 625 chipset ticks with a 2GHz octa-core CPU, an Adreno 506 GPU, 4GB of RAM, and 32GB of internal memory. The latter can be expanded with up to 2TB. The primary camera of the model packs a 12MP sensor with a 1.55-micron pixel size, an f/2.0 lens, dual-tone LED flash, phase detection AF, HDR support and 4K video shooting. The front-facing snapper is equipped with an 8MP sensor with 1.12-micron pixels, an f/2.2 lens and a selfie flash. A 4000 mAh battery with Quick Charge 3.0 support powers the device. Finally, BlackBerry Motion features a customizable Smart Convenience Key. You can set it to open an application or function depending on your location or what you do. For example, in the car you can set the key to launch a GPS app, at home it can be set to launch the camera, at work - an email client.Source
