This device QTAir7 has not had a firmware update in some time. That now manifests as an inability to correctly interpret GPS date values when receiving satellite GPS data. My dates now show 1999 instead of 2019. Satellite Epoch problem....recent change to satellite date configuration occurred on April 6th 2019. Please fix. Tablet works well otherwise...wish I had more memory though.

Cannot say much about this positive since I found Verizon branding very problematic. Customer service was always rude & the kids their stores employ haven't a real care for any customer; just the usual run them to get card run through payment system and push em out the door. Then found that though Verizon was supposedly a fast network, they haven't kept pace with the system on T-mobile & with the acquisition of Sprint it looks like Verizon will pay catchup for a long time as T-Mobile has already placed most of the 5G network up and will fuly implement soon. Verizon still charges 10 bucks per gig data and most everyone else is half that now with huge data packages available. I've asked for an unlock code so I can go to a faster less expensive data package but again Verizon doesn't care if this customer who paid full price cash for the device plus tax AROUND 435 with tax! They basically said pound sand and now I use only on wifi since sim is locked out for any other carrier. I'd never recommend any branded Verizon product since they just don't care.
