It's impossible to contact the manufacturer if need to change the battery or anything else. This is the case across the whole universe - accelerated obsolescence!

Like all features. One email application, which can take multiple accounts like yahoo, gmail, hotmail, live.com etc. and show them consolidated is missing. Maybe it's there and I have yet to discover but the email application right now is showing only one configured Yahoo account. Camera, resolution, built, fingerprint id, is good. Speaker, audio is so-so.
