I bought two of these for my partner and myself. Mine came with an item of malware, hers came with eight. After they were disabled, it was possible to use the phones reliably. I do not recall any upgrades being offered, though this may be normal for phones at low prices. Sometimes, a full charge would last over a day, and sometimes for less than eight hours - no reason was found. My phone has recently stopped working, with reports "Unfortunately {Messaging|Dialler|Contacts} has stopped working". My attempts to fix the problem have not been successful - it now reboots itself repeatedly every few seconds and never starts its operating system. I am now looking for a working phone, which has no malware, and a more modern version of Android. I think that the phone was a good value (at about GBP55), but the malware should not have been present.

All is ok, except taking selfies with the self-timer, it does not work.
