Performance

Unihertz Jelly Max is based on the new MediaTek Dimensity 7300 5G system-on-chip. Manufactured using TSMC's 4 nm process technology, this SoC offers an octa-core CPU with four Cortex-A78 cores clocked at 2.5 GHz and four Cortex-A55 cores clocked at 2.0 GHz. An ARM Mali-G615 MC2 GPU with two cores handles the graphics department. There are 12GB of LPDDR5 RAM clocked at 3200 MHz and 256GB of UFS 3.1 storage onboard. There's an option to virtually expand the RAM with up to 12B from the Memory Expansion menu in the settings. Of the 256GB onboard the device, 241GB are available to the user. The built-in storage can be expanded via a microSD card slot in the hybrid, dual-SIM tray. Our review unit scored 678,287 points on AnTuTu 10. This outperforms the Samsung Exynos 1380 chipset and puts the Dimensity 7300 closer to the Dimensity 8000 tier of chipsets. The single-core and multi-core Geekbench 6 results also show a solid performance and confirm those findings.
