Ulefone Armor 25T 4G Review

Performance

Ulefone Armor 25T is based on the MediaTek Helio G99 (MT6789) system-on-chip. Built on the 6nm process, it has quickly become a go-to chipset for mid-range 4G smartphones ensuring reliable performance and excellent power efficiency. The Helio G99 combines a 2.2 octa-core CPU with a 1GHz dual-core Mali-G57 MC2 GPU. There are 6GB of LPDDR4X RAM clocked at 2133 MHz. You can virtually expand the RAM by up to 6GB and achieve a total of 12GB of RAM. The built-in UFS 2.1 storage measures 256GB and can be expanded via a microSD card. Of the 256GB total built-in memory, 241GB are available to the user. Our Ulefone Armor 25T unit delivered 405,961 points in AnTuTu 10. The single-core and multi-core Geekbench 6 results also point to a performance level typical for the Helio G99 chipset. The PCMark Work 3.0 test shows the same. Actually, the performance of the 4G Helio G99 chipset is very similar to the one of the 5G Dimenstyi 6300 SoC, which powers the Armor 25T Pro.
