Ulefone Armor 25T 4G Review

In terms of hardware, the camera departments of the Ulefone Armor 25T and the Armor 25T Pro 5G are identical. The main shooter uses a 50MP Samsung S5KGN1 sensor with a 1.12 μm pixel size and a 7-element lens with an f/1.95 aperture and an 85° field of view. By default, the main camera outputs 12.5MP photos. You have to visit the 50MP shooting mode to snap photos with the sensor's original resolution. The main camera can also record 2K QHD videos at 30 fps. The Night Vision camera uses a 64MP OmniVision OV64B1B sensor and has an f/1.79 aperture, a 79.4° FoV, and dual IR lights. The ThermoVue thermal shooter is third and it has a dedicated section below. Here we provide photo samples shot with the main camera of the Armor 25T in the default 12.5MP resolution and the 50MP mode. The photos and video made with the 4G model are shot before noon, while the photos and video made with the Armor 25T Pro 5G are shot in the afternoon.

Thermal camera

The ThernoVue thermal camera on the Ulefone Armor 25T uses a sensor with a resolution of 160 x 120 px (0.02MP). It has a temperature sensing range from -20°C to 550°C and can detect objects up to 1000 meters away from the sensor. Moreover, the improved frame rate of 25Hz enables smoother videos and offers a 1.8x improvement over the previous generation. The GPU of the chipset powers the thermal imaging which thanks to the dual-spectrum fusion technology, the professional temperature correction algorithm, the non-uniformity correction algorithm, and the image super-resolution algorithm improve the clarity and detail of thermal images. This camera can be successfully used in several scenarios including detecting leaks, dampness, draught, blockage, electrical short, wilderness survival, tracking, search operations, camping safety, and more. Selfie camera

The front-facing camera of the Ulefone Armor 25T uses a 32MP Samsung S5KGD1 sensor paired with a 5-element lens with an f/2.45 aperture and an 80.4° FoV. It can record FHD videos at 30 fps.
