Overview

Fossibot F109 aims to combine attractive design and bespoke rugged qualities in a harmoniously blended device. Specifications

Fossibot F109 has a 6.745-inch in-cell IPS display with an HD+ resolution of 720 x 1600 pixels and a native 60Hz refresh rate. There's a secondary IPS display on the rear shell that's touch-sensitive. It has a 1.32-inch diagonal size and a resolution of 360 x 360 px. The rear display is in the middle of the camera island that houses a four lenses positioned in its four corners. The main one uses a 50MP SK Hynix Hi-5021Q sensor with an f/2.25 lens. The second is a 5MP Samsung S5K4E8 macro unit. The other two lenses are listed as "auxiliary" in the user manual. A 16MP Sony IMX471 sensor is used by the selfie camera. The smartphone is based on a MediaTek Dimensity 6300 (MT6835T) chipset paired with 8GB of LPDDR4X RAM and 256GB of expandable UFS 2.2 storage. Power is supplied by a 10600 mAh battery with 18W fast charging support. The smartphone is equipped with a hybrid, dual-SIM tray supporting dual 5G connectivity. Both SIM cards work with the following network bands: 2G GSM (2/3/5/8), 3G WCDMA (1/2/4/5/6/8/19), 4G FDD-LTE (B1/2/3/4/5/7/8/12/13/17/18/19/20/25/26/28AB/66), 4G TDD-LTE (38/40/41), and 5G (n1/3/5/8/20/28/41/77/78). The F109 runs on Android 14 and supports NFC, Bluetooth 5.2, Wi-Fi 6 (802.11ax), Wi-Fi Direct, Wi-Fi Hotspot, and Cast Display. It is equipped with a USB Type-C 2.0 port and a side-mounted fingerprint sensor. The device also works with GPS, GLONASS, Galileo, and Beidou. With IP68, IP69K, and MIL-STD-810H certification, the F109 is protected against most environmental hazards.

What's in the box

Fossibot F109 arrived in a flat, rectangular box in bright orange color - the brand's vivid color, which is also used as an accent color in the UI. The brand's name is imprinted on the lid in silver color. The bottom houses the usual stickers with the model's name, basic specs, and IMEI numbers.
