Oukitel WP35 Review - durability and modern aesthetics combined with excellent battery life and reliable performance

Performance

Oukitel WP35 is based on the 5G MediaTek Dimensity 6100+ chipset. The same SoC powers the Oukitel WP33 Pro. Built after TSMC"s 6nm process, the chipset houses an octa-core CPU with two Cortex-A76 cores clocked at 2.2GHz and six power-efficient Cortex-A55 cores clocked at 2GHz. A dual-core ARM Mali-G57 GPU is responsible for the graphics department. There are 8GB of dual-channel LPDDR4X RAM clocked at 2133 MHz and 256GB of UFS 2.2 storage onboard. There's an option to virtually expand the RAM with up to 16GB. Of the 256GB onboard the device, 240GB are available to the user. The built-in storage can be expanded via a microSD card. Our Oukitel WP35 review unit scored 363579 points on AnTuTu 10 which is 30K points lower than the result of the same chipset provided on the WP33 Pro. Still, it is typical for the Dimensity 6100+ SoC and corresponds to the performance of the MediaTek Helio G99, Helio G96, Dimensity 700, and Dimensity 720 chipset. The single-core and multi-core Geekbench 6 results show a performance that's also comparable to those three system-on-chips and the performance of the WP33 Pro.
