Xiaomi has unveiled a third smartphone today. This is the Xiaomi 11 Lite 5G - an ultra-thin 5G smartphone with a 6.55-inch FHD+ AMOLED display with 90Hz refresh rate, 240Hz touch sampling rate, HDR10+ and Dolby Vision certification. The body is only 159 grams and 6.81 mm thin, yet it packs a 4250 mAh battery. In addition, the Xiaomi 11 Lite 5G is the first official smartphone with Snapdragon 780G chipset. Manufactured after the 5nm process, this chipset houses a gold Cortex-A87 core, three other A78 cores and four A55 cores. The chipset is aided by a liquid cooling system and houses a Snapdragon X53 modem. There are 8GB of RAM and 128GB/256GB of storage on board. The camera department includes a 20MP selfie camera and three rear shooters - a 64MP main camera, an 8MP ultra-wide unit, and a 5MP telemacro unit. The model has an IR blaster and supports NFC, Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.2, etc. It will go on sale on April 16 and is priced as follows:
