Most likely, the trio of devices will go on sale later in time. However, the full specs have been unveiled for the Doogee S300 Pro, Doogee S300 Plus, and Doogee S300 Plus Thermal. Each is designed to deliver extreme durability, powerful performance, and specialized capabilities for demanding environments. The comparison between the models highlights a shared foundation of toughness and performance, while also revealing key differences that tailor each device to specific professional and outdoor use cases.
All three smartphones feature the same rugged DNA: IP68, IP69K, and MIL‑STD‑810H certification, ensuring resistance to water, dust, shocks, and harsh conditions. Their bodies combine polycarbonate, TPU, and metal, and they share almost identical footprints. The Pro and Plus versions share the same color variants, while the Thermal model uses a different color palette.
Inside, the trio is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 8300 chipset built on a 4 nm process, paired with an ARM Mali‑G615 MC6 GPU. The S300 Pro stands out with 16 GB of RAM, while the S300 Plus and S300 Plus Thermal include 12 GB. Storage also differs: the Pro offers 512 GB, whereas the Plus and Plus Thermal double that to 1 TB. All three support microSD expansion via a deidacated slot and run Android 16.
The display setup is identical across the lineup: a 6.78‑inch IPS panel with 1080 × 2460 resolution, 120 Hz refresh rate, and scratch resistance. The typical brightness is specified at 550 nits and the static contrast ratio is 1500:1. Each device includes a 200 MP Samsung S5KHP2 main camera capable of 4K video at 30 fps, supported by an 8 MP telephoto lens with 3x optical zoom. The S300 Plus and S300 Pro add an 8 MP ultra‑wide camera and a 20 MP Sony IMX350 night‑vision camera, while the S300 Plus Thermal replaces these with a 64MP Night Vision unit and a professional‑grade InfiRay Tiny2‑C thermal imaging sensor offering 256 x 192 resolution and a temperature range of –20°C to 550°C.
A 32MP Samsung front camera is shared across all models, along with extensive connectivity options including 5G, Wi‑Fi 6/6E, Bluetooth 5.4, NFC, infrared, and PoC walkie‑talkie functionality. The massive 11,000 mAh battery supports fast charging, reverse wired charging, and uses a silicon‑carbon anode for improved longevity. The S300 Plus offers the fastest charging at 120W, while the other two are capped at 66W.
Additional features include customizable keys on all models, with the S300 Plus and S300 Pro adding Mini LED lighting for enhanced visibility. The devices also include a full suite of sensors, side‑mounted fingerprint readers and support for GPS, GLONASS, BeiDou, and Galileo navigation systems.
