Add DeviceSpecifications as a preferred source on GoogleBuilt for workdays that stretch and environments that demand toughness, the Doogee Fire 7 Pro pairs a high-capacity battery with dependable everyday performance to keep users connected when it matters most. Its reinforced chassis and water- and dust-resistant design shrug off drops and rough handling, while a long-lasting battery ensures multi-day use without the need for constant recharging. Integrated push-to-talk over cellular (PoC) transforms the handset into an instant group-communication tool, making it ideal for field teams, first responders, and outdoor professionals who require fast and reliable coordination. Affordable and purpose-built, it delivers the core features organizations rely on without the premium price tag.
Doogee Fire 7 Pro design, display, and cameras
Despite packing a massive 13000 mAh battery, the Fire 7 Pro maintains a surprisingly slim profile thanks to a rugged design that blends smart engineering with durable materials: a reinforced frame and shock‑absorbing internal architecture protect components from drops and impacts while an optimized cell layout and high‑density battery construction keep thickness down, and layered sealing plus precision gaskets guard against water and dust without bulky bezels; the result is a device that feels solid and secure in hand - complete with textured grips, tactile hardware buttons, and reinforced corners - yet remains pocketable and comfortable for all‑day use.
The front of the Fire 7 Pro features a 6.6-inch IPS display with an HD+ resolution (720 x 1612 px) and a 90Hz refresh rate. The screen delivers a typical brightness of 400 cd/m² and is scratch-resistant. It also arrives with a pre-applied screen protector. The side bezels are 3.5 mm thick, and the bottom one is 7 mm thick. The top bezel is 6 mm thick and has a V-shaped notch for the front camera - a 16MP Samsung S5K3P8 unit with an f/2.0 aperture, FHD video recording, and face unlock support. An LED notification light is positioned to its left, while the light and proximity sensors are placed to its right. The receiver is tucked between the screen and the frame. You can choose between on-screen gestures and virtual buttons for navigation.
The rear shell is made of tough polycarbonate covered with shock-absorbing TPU shaped in such a way as to improve the handheld experience and prevent slipping. The camera island takes up the top one-third of the back area. It is dominated by the main camera's lens, while the Night Vision camera, the two IR lights, and the dual-LED flash are placed below it. The main camera uses a 64MP OmniVision OV64B sensor with a 1/2" optical format and a 0.7 μm pixel size. It is paired with an f/1.89 lens and supports QHD video recording. The Night Vision camera employs a 20MP Sony IMX350 sensor with a 1/2.78" optical format and a 1 μm pixel size. With an f/1.8 aperture and dual IR lights, this camera supports autofocus and FHD video recording.
The 1200 Lumens camping light module takes up the rest of the rear shell. It comprises a circle and a vertical line, forming a stylized lollipop. It is serviced by a dedicated app with three light modes and a brightness level bar. The Doogee logo is placed at the bottom, followed by a lanyard holder. The accent lines surrounding the camera island, outlining the vertical sides of the device, and the lanyard holder are colored in orange, green, or gray. We are showcasing a version in orange.
The top frame is bare, while the bottom one houses the USB Type-C port, the loudspeaker, and the microphone. The triple-slot tray is positioned on the left frame. It can accommodate two Nano-SIM cards and a microSD card, so you don't sacrifice convenience for storage and vice versa. The customizable button accompanies the SIM tray on the left frame, with an orange outline and a textured surface for improved tactile experience. The right frame is the home of the Volume rocker and the Power button. The latter has an embedded fingerprint reader, which works quickly and reliably.
Doogee Fire 7 Pro chipset, battery, connectivity, what's in the box
The Doogee Fire 7 Pro runs on a MediaTek Dimensity 6300 (MT6835T) SoC, delivering snappy, dependable performance while preserving battery life. Its octa-core CPU pairs two 2.4 GHz Cortex‑A76 cores with six 2.0 GHz Cortex‑A55 cores, and graphics are handled by a dual‑core Mali‑G57 GPU clocked at 1,072 MHz. Compared with the previous generation, the Dimensity 6300 boosts gaming responsiveness by up to 10%, offers more than a 50% GPU performance lead over some competing platforms, improves power efficiency by as much as 11%, and can raise frame rates by up to 13% in demanding scenes. The unit we have scored 389,922 points on AnTuTu 10.
The smartphone arrives with 8GB of LPDDR4X RAM clocked at 2133 MHz. It can be virtually expanded with 24GB for a total of 32GB of RAM. The built-in UFS storage measures 256GB; of those, 230GB are available to the user. The device has a dedicated microSD card slot for storage expansion. A massive, 13000 mAh battery keeps the lights on, supporting 33W fast charging and 5W reverse charging. Doogee mentions 29.4 days of standby time, 69.3 hours of talk time, 22.4 hours of web browsing, 147.4 hours of music playback, and 39 hours of video playback.
The Doogee Fire 7 Pro runs on stock Android 15 with Gemini. It lacks a gyroscope but has proximity, light, and gravity sensors, a compass, and an accelerometer, among all else. The smartphone supports NFC, Wi-Fi 5 (802.11ac), Bluetooth 5.3, Cast display, Wi-Fi Hotspot, and Wi-Fi Direct. It also works with GPS, GLONASS, Galileo, and Beidou. The two Nano-SIM card slots support the following network bands: 2G GSM (B2, B3, B5, B8), 3G WCDMA (B1, B2, B4, B5, B8), 4G FDD-LTE (B1, B2, B3, B4, B5, B7, B8, B18, B19, B20, B25, B26, B28AB, B66), 4G TDD-LTE (34, B38, B39, B40, B41), and 5G (n1, n3, n7, n8, n28, n38, n41, n77, n78). The EU head SAR is 1.065 W/kg and the EU body SAR is 1.254 W/kg.
The Doogee Fire 7 Pro is 82.5 mm wide, 176.5 mm high, and 18.7 mm thick. These are average dimensions for a smartphone with a 6.6-inch display and a 13000 mAh battery. The device is IP68, IP69K, and MIL-STD-810H certified. This means it can withstand soaks in 1.5 meters of water for up to 30 minutes, high-pressure water jets, extreme temperatures, drops, and other types of impact. The Doogee Fire 7 Pro arrives in a black box with a green-black cover that has the brand and model names imprinted on top, along with the RAM+storage version. Inside, the device is accompanied by the following accessories:
- 11V/3A (33W) charger (EU plug)
- USB Type-C to Type-C cable
- SIM-tray pin
- Paperwork
Doogee Fire 7 Pro Push-to-Talk over Cellular (PoC) service
The Doogee Fire 7 Pro comes equipped with Push-to-Talk over Cellular (PoC) service, allowing it to communicate effectively with other Doogee devices that support this feature. It uses the dedicated POCStars app that has been customized to work specifically with Doogee smartphones. We have received complimentary accounts to effectively test this feature. To use the POC service, you have to install the POCStars app and pay a monthly/annual fee.
PoC offers the simplicity of a walkie-talkie with the power and reach of modern cellular networks. It extends the core functionality of PTT by integrating it with modern cellular networks, such as 4G LTE and 5G. By leveraging existing network infrastructure, PoC delivers stable, secure voice and group communications alongside advanced capabilities such as instant group calling, GPS location tracking, emergency alerts, multimedia sharing, and live video.
Unlike conventional radios that operate within a limited range and often suffer from signal degradation, PoC utilises existing cellular network infrastructures, overcoming the geographical limitations of traditional radios and offering stable, clear, and secure communication across vast distances without the need for physical repeaters. This makes PoC services a versatile tool for teams that need instant, reliable, and cost-effective wide-area group communication, replacing traditional radios with better range, lower infrastructure cost, and enhanced features such as GPS.
From our testing of the Doogee Fire 7 Pro, we can come up with the following benefits of POC services:
- Instant group communication: Press a button to speak to an entire team or selected groups immediately, removing dialing and delays for fast updates.
- Wider coverage: Uses 4G/5G cellular networks for nationwide or global reach, ideal for geographically dispersed teams.
- Lower costs: Eliminates the need for costly radio infrastructure and complex licensing, reducing setup and maintenance expenses.
- Enhanced safety and features: Provides SOS buttons, man-down and lone-worker alerts, GPS location tracking, and improved audio quality in harsh conditions.
- Simpler for mobile workforces: Runs on smartphones or rugged PTT devices, integrates with other apps, and cuts down on extra hardware.
- Reliability and efficiency: Delivers clear, real-time communication to prevent missed calls or texts and boost operational efficiency across industries.
In that context, the Doogee Fire 7 Pro is an excellent choice for teams in construction and mining, healthcare, transportation and logistics, retail and hospitality, event services, security and senior care, manufacturing, field service businesses (maintenance, engineering, etc.), mountaineers, or other teams engaged in outdoor tourism activities. It can be used for quick coordination, safety alerts, and real-time group-wide updates.
Moreover, the Doogee Fire 7 Pro is a compact rugged device with long-lasting battery life, ensuring seamless connectivity options. With the POCStars app, you also get a mobile app dispatcher that turns the smartphone into a high-performance walkie-talkie, allowing easy communication from anywhere. Moreover, there's a centralized web-based control center for PCs and laptops that provides complete oversight of device locations, call management, and communication monitoring.
