It is created especially for industrial workers, security professionals, outdoor and tech enthusiasts, as well as users with customized industrial product needs. It carries IP68, IP69K, and MIL‑STD‑810H certifications, ensuring resistance to water, dust, shocks, and environmental stress. The chassis combines plastic, TPU, and an aluminum‑titanium alloy frame, resulting in a substantial 1280‑gram device that prioritizes resilience over lightness.
The tablet runs on the MediaTek Dimensity 7400X chipset, featuring an 2.6 GHz octa‑core CPU and a 1.4GHz ARM Mali‑G615 MC2 GPU. This hardware supports smooth multitasking and reliable performance for mapping, field data collection, and industrial applications. It includes 16 GB of LPDDR5 RAM, expandable virtually to 32 GB, and 512 GB of UFS 3.0 storage, offering both speed and generous capacity for offline files and operational data.

The Oukitel RT10's camera system is unusually advanced for a rugged tablet. It includes a 64 MP main camera, a 5 MP macro camera, and a 20 MP night‑vision camera equipped with dual IR lights. The front camera is a 32 MP sensor suitable for video calls and biometric unlocking. The rear cameras support autofocus, HDR, geotagging, and 1440p video recording at 30 fps.
