With the Ulefone Armor 2, you can choose from Play Music and the default Android Music app, which arrive pre-installed. The two have identical equalizers and allow you to sort your audio files according to the album, artist, and song name, create playlists, shuffle files, etc. Play Music also provides options for listening to music online, streaming audio, downloading music, etc The manufacturer specifies that the model employs a powerful smart amplifier, large-sized speaker and advanced real acoustic technology for clear sound. As a whole, Armor 2 has better audio results in our test compared to the Ulefone T1. However, the overall result remains only Good. Our review unit excels in frequency response and IMD+Noise. It has a very good mark in noise level, dynamic range, and total harmonic distortion (THD). is rated as good, THD+noise and stereo crosstalk are good, while IMD at 10 kHz is very poor. The audio test has been performed by using the TASCAM US-2x2 audio interface and the RightMark Audio Analyzer software as usual. All audio enhancement features are disabled.
